maybe areas need to be zoned as in football. that may be the only way central will get good players.
for some reason (from juniors up), central is the last club chosen.
why is that? it would not be travelling distance etc. as matches are played everywhere and some players travel down south to play and train. there has to be more to it than that.
I know for a fact the main focus at Central has always been the ABA Men's Team and the Women's Team has hardly had any support at all.
they definately need a well known and proven Coach, who will entice the better players to the club.
the experienced and good players, eg, ex sasi and state players will not stay at a club where the coaching is substandard after all they have had the best coaches and know when a coaching progam is below par.
