Smyth statement in Advertiser
Dribbler, don't be so harsh. How many years have the Sixers won more than 51%, won most of their home games, ranked well on the ladder, only to be eliminated in the 1st playoff game. That is also unfair. Let them have a taste of both pies. For the last 3 games of the season, all I want to see is the Sixers that beat Sydney in Sydney, Melbourne in Melbourne and Perth at home. 3 great games won, one each to represent the remaining 3. Its much better to have atleast made the playoffs and lose the next game than not make it at all.
