These teams wont be quality as posted above. NT will be ultra ordinary if split up in NT1 & NT2, SA Country teams will be at a similar standard with NT likely to get a win here and there. SA metro teams will be ok, maybe a good to middle of the road district D1 club teams given they are making 2-3 teams.
With not many teams you could honestly play this tournament at Marion.
