Getting value out of Dench.

You can't get value out of Dench, he is not an NBL level player. He should not be on this team as he gives nothing that we require. You don't need 4 guys playing the PF/C spot in this league. This team also doesn't need a 7-foot 3 point shooter who isn't that good a shooter and provides nothing else. Whenever he is on the court, the opposition usually bites into our lead if we are in front or extends it further if we're behind. Play Mottram for 30+ mins, Copper for 20+ and Ballinger for 40 mins and there is no need for Dench. He should be sacked and his points and salary utilized on someone who might actually add something to this team.
