Is this wrong? 12 year old gets a contract

Runner-up in last year's F1 Driver's Championship, Lewis Hamilton, had an agreement with the McLaren F1 Team when he was 13. McLaren then supported him through the lower ranks and all the way to F1 last year.

Of course, he made some dumb mistakes in his first year, but who doesn't?

And yeah, he might burn out by the time he's 30. But he'll be a squillionaire by then...
