I am surprised he got 3 years even though he has not proven himself as a head coach in NBL. Whatever happened to the probationary period for new employees?

Obviously there are 2 sides to the coin, but let the guy coach a few games before you shoot him down FFS!

Who cares if he RECRIUTED other players to win a championship.. Along with not playing juniors/newbies, isn't that what everyone has bagged Phil for!!
