Free Throw Rule Change
So FIBA deleted the sideline rule, but not 1-on-1. We didn't play the sideline rule in junior social (92-95), so that makes sense.

When I first started playing back in the day (92ish),, there was the 1-and-1 rule, but not many people understood it!
Essentially, Take Luck, instead of the 2 shots that you have now when you go into the foul bonus, you had a single foul shot. If you got it in, then you could have a second. If you missed, play continued. Thus, 1 shot made and you get another (1-and-1).
They had two shots in when I joined district, around 95.
