The cap is 25k, and must not be spent more then 60% on one program - ie 15k on the mens/womens, maximum, with 10k going to the other program. Can't be bothered checking if this includes coaches salaries as well.
Of course, in a perect world clubs wouldn't be spending that kind of money and putting it into developing juniors who with their love for the club harnessed over many years would be more than happy to play for beans...
