Utah- Whitest team ever.

Utah is no more or less "whiter" than any other team in the league. It's a perception started by some free agent saying he didn't want to play there because the city was so "white", and perpetuated by morons like Bill Simmons.

Here's a quick comparison as an example:

Current white Jazzmen: Okur, AK47, Harpring, Korver, Fesenko. That's 5

Current white Lakers: Gasol, Radmanovic, Vujacic, Karl, Walton, Mihm, and I admit I'm not sure but I think Farmar is also white. That's 6 or 7.

Yet I don't hear anyone saying "Lakers, whitest team ever!" when they have MORE white players than the Jazz.

Just thought I would reply to those who are wondering who I am. My name is Glen Shaw and I am the new Head Coach for the central districts lions. I am from Canada where I have been Assistant Coaching the Brock University Badgers Women's Basketball Team for the past 5 years. I came to Australia 2 years ago for a different coaching experience and met a young lady fell in love and am now in the process of planning my wedding and permanent residence in this great country. I am looking to build a program at central districts that all of south australia can be proud of and take the lions out of the black hole they have been caught in. I am looking for any players that want to learn the game of basketball and are keen to build a program with me. for all the nay sayers let me assure you the lions you know are changing. it wont be overnight and I know I have my work cut out for me but I am willing to get the job done and pay the price. see you on the court - Glenn

Thedoctor, I'm pretty sure I've said pretty much the same thing in another thread...just listen to the man talk and it sounds like he should be sitting on his front porch with a banjo.
