AFL: Stars from the west retire

Does anyone know what's happened to Perth's James Harvey? Last I heard he'd left Perth seeking better opportunities. Has he picked up a spot on an international roster? If not, is he a chance to be picked up cheaply by an NBL team with a little salary cap room and an open guard spot?

Anyone think there's any chance he'd be seen coming off the bench in a Sixers singlet in 04/05 or has that last guard spot officially been given to Jason?
