Exactly. We don't see the results here in Australia of what the AIS has produced the last few years. Guys are only starting to come back - Quick, Kendall, Davidson etc, whilst others like Iti will be coming back soon because they won't make the NBA.
Hil is a good signing to fill the guard rotation - if Maher went down for an extended period then the team's spread a bit too thin.
I think Smyth would have a good connection with the AIS also, having spent most of his career with the Cannons and I believe some sort of employment with the institute.
