Streaming NBA - how many MB/hour?

Not sure if this helps but last night I was watching an episode of the 'Fisrt Australians' from SBS' website which used about 230 MB for 52 mins. It is not downloaded as a file so I have no idea what format the video comes down in and whether it is classed as streaming.
