In regards to Heal he was sent out, game waited until he left into the players race.
Both were technicals but the 2nd I believe was followed by some colourful words to the ref which saw the ref send him packing.
Technicals in the past I believe was automatic but now it is not as mentioned it is up to the referess discretion.
But is 2 unsportmanlike fouls a automatic ejection? And if so how does it work if you blatantly foul to stop the fast break (ie the auto unsportsmanlike foul) stop two fast breaks and your thrown out?
Interesting. Guess we'd expect if a player got two techs for abusing the ref, then kicked the ball out, then elbowed a player, then abused the ref again, that he'd get sent off.
Still, that's five techs, the damage is done.
