Something is wrong with my web page here, the link says Hoops SA, but for some reason it is full of Oz Hoops crap arguments now.

KingJames, I was going by other people's comments about Bruce being on in the last few minutes instead of Maher. I had no communication whatsoever regarding this game and only got home to read some of the write up after midnight. The point I was making though is that although Maher is on limited minutes to preserve his body, the risk is a reasonable one to take if the game depends on him playing the few extra minutes. I would hope the coach would bend the rules a bit in that instance. I believe Maher wants to play and is not too keen on his limited time and coming off the bench. He indicated this in one of the post game interviews upstairs although realistically he knows that he cant push himself like he used to.

Ever stopped to think that if this game went to double OT, then Maher had already exhausted the number of minutes he is allowed to play. Its really annoying that Ninnis could not deviate from that and give him a couple more minutes in the end simply because this game depended on it and to hell with the consequence. The need was there for Maher to be on and yet Bruce was there in his place. We have lost games with Bruce in the end, we have won them with Maher in the end. Shouldn't you risk that sort of thing if a win depended on it?

Humpa you must be joking. Port are chokers when they even look like being cometitive.
Sixers showed great character tonight. Need to keep it up and get some wins away while obviously winiing at home.

Whew good to be able to follow it on here.. fiba is all over the place.. 3min to go 9min to go.. Hodge 6fouls on box score..

me, you can't get ejected just for supporting the visiting team. Speak the truth and tell us what you really get up to to get ejected. Anyway, hang in there because the 36ers need all the support they can get. The last game I watched in Perth was a few days after Christmas in 2004 I think. Adelaide got the win.

Don't get ejected, me. Look forward to your game reports.

Aw, you were sending at the same time as I was, me.

How many would attend this game. What kinda crowd numbers do they get there.

Whilst the Adelaide fans are great at lifting the players, I hope the lack of them on the road won't have too much of an influence. Its good for the team to be appreciative of the support they get at home but they have to be able to go it alone on the road and play just as well without them. Based on talent, the 36ers will get the win. If the crowd makes a huge difference, then they will struggle.

Who needs a South v. Tigers rivalry when you have the Classic Sixers v. Wildcats.
Would be nice to start seeing both teams in the finals again; you know both teams go off whenever they play one another.

brad hil is due a good game on his form of one good game one bad one. if we can keep playing defence the way we have the last 3 games and keep them under 100 we should get the win. were starting to gel now and playing with confdence, very important game to get us right in the playoff mix.
