Breach or no breach still require a release if he wants to play for any other team under the FIBA banner.

They are relieved it's over.
Scott not knowing if he was coming to training or not.
Mal's had enough of his agent.
Brett said he's a good player, but not a team player, and too high maintanance.
Ya don't know - a popular young guy, a good player that may have got caught up in his fame and fortune. Enjoyed the compliments and nite life.

Maybe Hodge issue than became something to do with how his contract stipulated he be paid - ie he didnt want to be paid in $AUD into an Aussie bank account. Even know this rectified the problem at hand, later after thinking about it he had a change of tune, figured it's enough of breach of contract that I can walk from this 2-3 week late payment that is now sitting there in an Aussie account.
Considering the agent's reasoning is Hodge is unhappy with his contract, nothing has changed except method of payment, well nothing should have changed!

Agreed. He definitely intimated the Sixers' administration was to blame though.

Cheers Isaac. Does it seem to anyone else like Boti has slightly changed his tune over all this now that the facts have come to light?
Initially his stuff read like the Sixers were screwing over Hodge, which started a minor media frenzy on basketball sites.
The beat up definitely didn't help the cause IMO.
