Rusty's 50/50 there will be a league next season

I'd like to see Perth, Tigers,Dragons,NZ,Blaze and Crocs in the ' premier league '
With Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane,Cairns, Hawks (and one other) in a league with lower costs.
Running alongside each other, rather than no NBL.
