Ladder Prediction
Breakers
Tigers
Wildcats
Hawks
36ers
Blaze
Crocs
Taipans
My 10 cents worth. Will be interesting to look back once the season is over.

Might see a bit of improvement on D .

Doesn't matter too much which team shoots 3's best. What matters is how much you give up at the other end and the 36ers give up plenty as in fact do the Breakers for that matter.

loosing Anstey has gotta hurt the Tigers chances in a big way, more pressure on the other scorers and he is a big presence inside on the defensive end.

i rate harvey, the reason the breakers back court is the best is because they are proven players who aren't streaky, kp was MVP for good reason and CJ is the man when healthy and they will both hurt you on the scoreboard from outside or penetrating for a layup and CJ hurt a couple of teams last season whilst hobbling up and down the floor lol.

King James how are the 36ers the best 3point team in the league??????
pretty sure NZ have that one well wrapped up with Penny,CJ,Oscar,Ronaldson,Abercrombie,Webster all able to shoot the 3ball and the first 3 leading the percentages.

Interesting!
Based on all posts, ladder is:
NZ
Melbourne
Perth
36ers
Gold Coast
Hawks
Townsville
Cairns
1,2,3 a step above 4,5,6; 7,8 to be the easy beats....

Perth
Melbourne
NZ
Cairns
36ers
Gold Coast
Townsville
Hawks
Top 3 is set in stone

Well I guess. Take out Ballinger and doubt we'd win a close one. Burston and Gilchrist also hard to replace

Good on you for supporting your team. There is not a lot between all the teams and with games being so tight, fouls will be crucial. The 36ers don't seem to have cover there?

Tigers are good on paper, but were beaten by "underrated" teams several times last season. Remains to be seen if it happens again or not.
Wildcats arguably got the biggest coup of the off-season with Big Red; best to start him over Rogers considering the man has no stamina anymore. Not sure how it will go with Redhage since both are good on the boards and tended to be one of (or the) primary scorers for their respective teams last years.
Sixers can do well this season provided they stop with their 2-3 zone defence and play some perimeter D; too many 3's cost them games last year. I would prefer Ng to start over Groves.

You'll find we are under rated.
Burston can neutralise Schesch and the like
(including Balls at training)
Herbert is better than some think.
Hill played good away games last season.
Ng's shooting.
Gilchrist feeding.
Everyone's under rating Groves.
No one under rates Ballinger, of course.

Melbourne (so long as they stay healthy)
Breakers (Defense still vulnerable, tough to contain)
Perth (grind teams down, need to hit from outside)
Hawks (Saville and Tywain)
Crocs (as Rolan goes)
Taipans (Skip has to step up?)
Blaze (Both imports need to show more)
36ers (Weak defensively and no depth up front)
