U14 Girls Club Championships
Ooops - sorry North. North defeated Ipswitch on Tuseday.

The fact of the matter is that you can be successful in this tournament with an excellent "team" of players, and you can be successful with a team that has a couple of outstanding players.
It's up to you to make the most of your strengths and its up to your opponents to exploit your limitations.
Dandenong look to be the outstanding team this week but funny things can happen.
North look to be having a stinker. Yet to win a game.

Ease up Feagle.
Anon 251416, Feagle has a point, that is crap.
But I'd rather have a good spread of scorers than a couple of easily identifable guns that need to be shut down.
Top 8 finish in this tournament is very good.
Top 4 finish is sensational. Congrat Coach K and the Mavs kids.
It all gets very hard today against the probable tournament winner but there's still a chance at a medal.
Never thought I'd say it but, "Go Mavs"

Eagles and Mavs doing well but it will be Dandy for mine.
Bulleen look all over the place and from the above it seems that that is continuing in this tournament.
Would love to be there.

Let me clarify that in saying Bulleen "are not that good" is factually incorrect.
However I do agree with you that Dandenong have a lot of talent and perhaps a bit unlucky in not making the Vic State Final.

Bulleen defeated Diamond Valley in the Vic State Championship final. Also, Bulleen got there by defeating Dandenong by 2 points in the preliminary final.
Sorry rhea56, but whilst Bulleen lost to Dandenong twice during the season, when it counted in finals Bulleen got over the line whether we like it or not.

Black is going to miss the Commonwealth Games next year due to a lower back injury. Black said, "I'm very disappointed not to be a part of the Boomers program.........But I am physically unable to make the commitment to the lead up to the World Championships, which includes the Commonwealth Games".
Well that now Harvey, Black and Anstey who will not be playing that were named in the squad.
