First Import Sacking - And the winner is...
It sure did. Keep up the good work Loco.

Well this thread took an hilarious left turn out of nowhere.

Whoops - Isaac - Ill leave it to your discretion whether that typo gets fixed up - it most definately was not deliberate :) as thedoctor said - funny but very innapropriate

Remember too that Awvee is actually our 1st pick import and must be getting the big dollars, which I don't think will sit too well with Rickert and others.
The balance of the team is all wrong.
Oscar now redundant.
We can't play Oscar and Ronaldson at same time.

Awvee seems a square peg in a round hole. Certainly doesn't seem an integral part of team at timeouts and seems to have attidunial problems (which we knew before hand)
Offensive skills are not good enough to carry team, but as a support act which is why why we brought him he is OK. He can rebound and play D. He seems to have the finger pointed at him because of a team malaise giving up dribble penetration.
I would feel a little better about him if he could post up and get something done down the stretch, but at the moment he doesn't seem to accept this role, and tries to contribute, usually not coming off.
I can't understand why we got that type of player in the first place, we desperately need points in paint.

I heard this rumour on Friday night aftr the game - but thought it was BS. Joiner was actually quite good on Friday and has shown a massive improvement in his fitness as well.
Now my even bigger surprise is taht they have gone for someone smaller? We need a NIG (6'10" + please) enforcer to play in teh middle and allow Vandy to come off the bench....
Oh well - if we are bringing in a specialist SF it will hopefully allow Harvs to play at SG, but then we have 2 x PG's who should both be playing 30 mins a game each as well....doesnt leave much court time for poor Ty Demos who was left anchored to teh bench behind Dan J the last 2 seasons. Im sure Joey has a plan...but for the life of me I cant work it out!
