Hoops FNBL Round 11

Hey Lockie, looks like the Harvey - Jones trade has been a bit of a non-event so far. Both players were lucky to squeak into +ve territory this week!

Pretty screwed for me when Jones is playing two games this week and captaining my team! Hoare and Tragardh have had shockers again too and even Petrie was down. All time low score coming up for me this week I reckon!

X - with the Kendall trade, I was only considering it because I need to take some risks at this point if I want to catch the leaders.

I probably wouldn't have done the trade in the end though because Sammy has been pretty consistent for me and Melzer is up and down. Getting Kendall for Groves was not a big enough upgrade to make me give up Sammy.

Glad I was too busy last night to have another look at the stats or I may have convinced myself to make the trade!

But that begs the question: what did you know X and when did you know it? Inside connections at the Tigers, or do you be a Witch Doctor mon? ;-)

Statman - Williamson is a forward not a Guard so I have had to default Grabau back into the Starting 5 as he was your guard last week. Crawford will still remain your Captain.

LOL X - difference was that Lockie gave me Jones, who has been averaging 9 ppg more than Harvey all season! That was a much better offer than Kendall, etc!

Will have to think about a Kendall/ Melzer for Groves/ Mack trade. Don't think I really want Melzer, but it might be a price I'm willing to pay once I crunch the numbers.

Quick reminder. Round 14 is the final roundbefore playoffs.

There will be Div 1 playoffs for the Top 4
and Div 2 playoffs for the bottom 4.

Playoffs offs are 2 best of 3 series.

1v4 (5v8)
2v3 (6v7)

The winners then play a best of 3 series to be champs and the losers play for 3rd and 7th spot.

Your team cannot be changed after Round 14. You can still alter your starting line up however.
