Rickert won't have to wait as long as Ballinger and Rychart. The Department of Internal Affairs in NZ is not as strict as Australia's equivilent and they will grant it on special conditions. Before the AYOF, I was awarded NZ citizenship on a special condition, and the entire process was sped up. The same will happen to Rickert. In NZ we hand out citizenships like its going out of fashion
