Required Players List

The "required players list" is a joke.
Have any penalties been imposed?
Does it only work 1 way should a player "choose" to leave the club that listed him/her?

I agree with 2010 Fruit Gum in that the coming CABL season promo has been dead.
We need to promote this and it is up to each club to update these lists, but when one decides to take interest in the coming season to they find that the info 1 or 2 years out of date. Surely a decision needs to be made to consistently update this list, or forget the whole farce.
