NBL fines 36ers $1k for ref comment
Clearly Ninnis only believes officially sanctioned games count as he got one in Darwin during the pre-season tournament the day after Joey Wright got tossed!

The NBA fined Boston Celtics forward Rasheed Wallace $35,000 for publicly criticizing game officials following Monday's 99-90 loss to the Dallas Mavericks.
Wallace: "[The officials] don't like tough defense on [Dirk Nowitzki], so, of course, I get a whole lot of [expletive] calls," Wallace said after Monday's game in which foul trouble limited his minutes. "That's how the story goes, I'm not worried about it. We'll see them again."
Makes $1000 seem like peanuts!

Mentioned before that refs agreed to show video and explain decisions on youtube, should coaches require/ask. Which is what Ninnis is doing with Mills
and that Smyth - Ninnis are the same or similar.

What's your explanation as to why a foul wasn't called in the last 8 seconds when Anstey stumbled over Ballinger and knocked him to the ground. Whinging is not made for the sake of whinging, there are always specific incidents quoted to support it. I don't think any 36ers fan goes around saying the refs are crap and have got it in for the 36ers just generally speaking. There is always a specific situation attached to it.

That's nothing, now they need to work on recouping that money a thousandfold by suing the NBL for not taking action on the sh..house refs that were officiating that game and indeed the quality of officiating all season. It is absolutely appalling. One can argue as much as they like about the responsibility of the team themselves to fail to win games but this was clearly a game that easily could have been won if the refs did their jobs properly in spite of any other influencing factors.
