get rid of hill
tell me what is wrong with them and il give u an answer

so whats the big love on hill detroit

HILL is finished

CORTEZ GROVES is finished

IF - as some are suggesting that we will/should sign garlepp Burdon Hill Molitor - I'd take Groves as an aussie over those.

if u are refering too cortez yes he has had a few turnovers but he is finished as a bball player hill aparantly has a futer i dont think so he is too old 4 college and nba no chance in hell

Brad hill would be better if he was one mop boy that cleaned the sweat off the floor, even then i bet he would screw it up.
In all honesty Brad Hill is very consistent, check out his turnovers per games stats.

We've already seen the best of Hill, IMO. Obviously he's a great athlete and could be potentially lethal on the dribble, but he lacks either the basketball-IQ or the confidence to execute. He'd be a nice option if he was 8th or 9th on a deep bench, but apart from that I don't want to see him next year. I agree with what Loco said, basically.

Forman was on the same grounds as Hill a few years ago. A player whom everyone knew had the potential to be great; but couldn't do anything with Adelaide. Joins the Breakers and suddenly sparks up and has become a staple player.
Hill *may* become a better player; but considering his tenure with the Sixers, it would be better for him and our club if he *grew up* with another team.
If his dad is any sort of coach/owner, and the decision was made to cut him; he'd do the right thing and let him go.

I've already said my bit defending Hill in other threads. I still believe the right coach might turn him into an NBL star, but he's done himself no favours with his play this season.
So I can't say I blame some people for wanting to see him dumped. Don't know if it deserved its own thread though? Seems harsh to focus so much on Brad when the entire team has looked just as clueless for much of the season.
And if it was me, nepotism wouldn't be a problem, because I'd be replacing the entire coaching staff and letting the new coaches evaluate who they want to keep!

Needed to go to College to make the most of his talents in my opinion. Not disciplined enough to make it at the moment, but has "got away" with it in the past because of his athletic ability and being a secondary player in the sixers offense.
Now teams know him, he gets shut down. He leaves his feet to pass way too often, and doesn't finish well enough around the basket under pressure.
I wonder if he has any residual problems from the nasty compound forearm fracture and nerve damage from 3 years ago?

Bring back Matt Sutton in 2011.
A year in SEABL will do him well and he can come back and control court while we find a BIG who can get some boards , allow Balls to stay outside and make shots without fear of injury.
Hill plays one on five "O".
Turned the ball over last night and gave up lay up and foul , then game over!
Been doing it all year, SOS can afford a poor year on the court in 2011.
Sick of Liam as well. For once I agree with Boti!

Thanks Skud, you did my dirty work for me so I don't have to make any comments here. Everything you have said, ditto.

Aw from memory Ng played in Singapore last season.
(Ng has improved his game from the last season he played here.)

If so, TR - then Ng has improved his game from last season, while Hill has gone backwards from last season-where he was in our best players at all or most of our away games - whilst not playing well at home and earned selection for this season. But has not played anywhere near as good as last season.

E, recently I had a quick word with him and he believes he is in the best condition for a long while but more strikingly, he thinks he is playing well.
How wrong can you be Brad!

well all im saying is he aint a good play make too may errors so we dont need him

he will his father is part owner and assistant coach

Oh yeah it's that time again.
Basketball SA Stadiums are heading towards a new Social Season. All stadiums would currently have openings but you should get in quick at some, they fill quickly.
