Sixers import signings? are we leaving it late

No. Imports are the last piece of the puzzle. What teams have signed unknown imports at the moment? Plenty of time yet before the team starts practice.

No current sixers, but Jacob and Oscar hold their spots. They have a very full schedule from the end of July thru to the championships in late August. Full details are at NBL.com.au Anyone think Heal will be added to it in the coming months? hehehe I would like to see Cattalini in there myself. David Andersen (CSKA Moscow), Chris Anstey (Melbourne Tigers), David Barlow (Sydney Kings), Stephen Black (Brisbane Bullets), Andrew Bogut (Milwaukee Bucks, USA), Aaron Bruce (Baylor University, USA), CJ Bruton (Sydney Kings), Adam Caporn (Perth Wildcats), Peter Crawford (Perth Wildcats), Ian Crosswhite (Sydney Kings), Brad Davidson (Manawatu, NZ), Daniel Dillon (Arizona, USA), Oscar Forman (NZ Breakers), James Harvey (West Sydney Razorbacks), Wade Helliwell (Lottomatica Roma, Italy), Russell Hinder (unsigned), Jacob Holmes (South Dragons), Nathan Jawai (AIS), Luke Kendall (Sydney Kings), Daniel Kickert (Saint Marys, USA), Matthew Knight (LMU, USA), Sam Mackinnon (Brisbane Bullets), Alex Maric (Nebraska, USA), Steven Markovic (BC Red Star, Serbia & Montengro), Damian Martin (LMU, USA), Patrick Mills (AIS), Neil Mottram (Melbourne Tigers), Brad Newley (Townsville Crocs), Matthew Nielsen (Leitvos Rytas, Lithuania), Damian Ryan (Italy), Glen Saville (Wollongong Hawks), Luke Schenscher (Chicago Bulls, USA), Jason Smith (Sydney Kings), Greg Vanderjagt (Townsville Crocs), Mark Worthington (Sydney Kings).

no worries, cheers for the replies. i thought it may have been a little early but i still wanted to make sure. when do teams start there preparation for the season anyway? i would have thought the earlier the better to get all the players getting along and so Marty has enough time to shape them up and improve there skills.

Not having imports signed in September is leaving it late, but still gives you the chance to select from those imports that have NBA aspirations but dont make it. The team will not train together before August at the earliest. It is only May.

Yeah, when July hits; that's when I'd be expecting notice of import contracts.

Sixers could really do with a SwingmanSlasher at the 3-spot this year. Would be great to get another "Catallini" type mould for the spot.

this isn't leaving it late
