IMO, Webster is a great player at NZNBL level, but I don't think he is at the ANBL level just yet. Even if Webster hadn't done drugs, I could understand why the Breakers would let him go..Undersized shooting guard(basically a spot up shooter), can't get to rack, is clearly uninterested in defence. This drug offence only adds to the list of why not to sign him. Furthermore, Breakers have a strict family policy and Webster's actions clearly contradict this.
How is it that a Under 16 Div 2.2 team at the Nunawading Junior Basketball Carnival is nominated in 'Other (suit lower east and domestic teams)'. Seems to me that they are out to win the trophy at any cost. They will be far too strong for the other teams - they should be in A reserve or B grade.
