Top End: Hawks vs Breakers, 1 Oct 2010

Shot 11 free throws and was fouled 10 times. A nice line for a guy who is a spot up shooter. Gordie might be working on other parts of his game and that will be a good thing.

Does not shoot many threes. No attempts tonight. I guess the first thing that suggests is to play him like teams best played Homicide. Back off and take away his penetration.

Ervin solid again going by the stats. Very interested to hear from anyone who has seen him in action what they think. I would guess that the main focus of every team that plays the Hawks is to shut him down and it will be interesting to see if they can do that once he is well scouted. At this early stage it looks like Gordie has found a gem again.
