pwned, the corporate watchdog is exactly that, they just watch. they struggle to sanction anyone these days unfortunately.

he does not own the majority essentially if he wants to do something the remainding major share holders need to agree. He cant say we are doing this without the backing of the board. So therefore he essentially isnt breaching anything. It sucks but thats how it is.
