I had Townsville pegged at the start of last season as being the best of the bottom of the table teams. I saw NZ, Perth, Wollongong and Gold Coast as being the best teams in the comp. Early into the season I considered Adelaide the better team. I was proven to be wrong on both counts.

It leads me to ask have you had a previous basketball related involvement with Gleeson that significantly influenced your opinion of his coaching attributes or have you formed your view from the experience of others?
