Rubio agrees to join T-Wolves

Already racked up a few Triple Doubles and a Quad Double prior to injury.

I don't think he will develop in Minnisota.

I think he'll play there for a few years and if he doesn't get put off and goes back to Europe, he'll get picked by someone like Portland, or LA or something.
