TR - Only just got home, so never made your pick.
Pressume you still want Aaron Grabau???
Everyone is welcome to tarde now, but the Free Agents wont be available until Monday (Restricted) and then unrestricted un Tuesday at 9am.

Very hard to say at this stage, my mob could do great things or could really fall in a heap, should be another fun year though.
I just feel a bit for Corletto, with all the crap he has had to endure this off season and then TR drafts him, I hope he has his insurance cover paid up! :)
Oh and welcome back X, youve been missed since late last season when you seemed to vanish without a trace - Must have been enjoying the footy season I guess :)

I'm saying Skip and X are joint favourites just to counter any bad juju ;-)
I was a bit surprised when Lockie and DB5 went for Hudson and Warren so early! I secretly had hopes of nabbing Warren, but after last season I just wasn't willing to risk one of my early picks on him. Haven't seen or heard anything of Hudson thus far - what do you know that I don't Lockie?!?!
There was a big run on centres early. I remember freaking out because 8 centres were taken before I got my second pick! Was pretty thankful to land Crosswhite in the end, though I hadn't originally planned on taking him again because of his injuries last season and this pre-season.
Stats got a beautiful start to the draft getting Redhage and Wilko in the first two rounds!

So with just TR to pick, here is everyones full squads. Who looks the goods?

Isaac, yes I realize that, but this late in the draft, I think he will produce more than most of the players left.
Hopefully a spark plug off the bench.

80 TR -

Nice Pick Up DB5, I hadnt taken any notice of George as I assumed he was an import, he will put up some good scoring numbers for you this season.

Just to confirm. Jacob Holmes cannot be drafted. Once the draft is over, you can attempt to pick him up as a Free Agent.

2 fingers sounds like a Last Boyscout reference...
Haha they really were not thinking when they put that NBL ad together were they?
Jeremiah "Jim Carey" Trueman.

The Daggers take with their 7th pick (55th overall)
Darren Ng
The Daggers take with their 8th pick (56th overall)
Dave 'Hans' Gruber

In recognition of his hard work in the weights room this off season and to bring a bit of excitement - Lucas Walker is our 7th pick

DAMMIT!!! I thought I was gonna get to snatch Gynes. Almost took him with my last pick.

To make it a little easier to find the player you are looking for in the Free Agent list at the top of the thread, I have moved the Development Players into their own group.
You are still welcome to draft one of them if you like though.

Halfway through it guys.
Hopefully we can knock it off by friday so I'm not drafting under the influence whilst watching the GF on Saturday.

ANYONE still wants a Little Britain ticket,
Phone Ben on 0422 443 035.
Ticket is $110 (same price I paid for it).

Haha, X jumped in between. Last post was answering TR's.
X, I looked at Burston as well, couldn't find any injury news on him either, is he alive?
Was really interested in Grant, comes from good pedigree. He should be a good player in our league once he finds his feet.
Hope he hasn't got the Fishwyk kiss of death now TR!

Hoping he comes in as well as Madgen did for them last year.
Best form of defense is attack mate ;)

Nah, more referring to your first four picks. Definitely swinging for the fences with Warren, DJ, Bruce and Mims!
I like the look of Bose, but he is in a logjam at SF for Sydney with Dann, Gynes and Ratzsch. Gonna be interesting to see if a couple of them make the position their own, or if they each drift in and out of favour through the season.
