Forget 'being like Mike' - I wanna be like Gilbert

Gilbert Arenas is a great player and a great person as well, as far as I can tell. He does a lot for kids in the local Washington community and is a real great role model for any young basketball player I think. I like how he plays and how he is a as a person. He is averaging around 25, 5 and 5 this season AND his team is gonna make the playoffs AND not a bad thing or controversy has been made about him AND he's only 23, so he could reach Iverson's status soon as well. The only reason he hasn't is because he's not as 'gangsta' and doesn't have that 'street cred' like A.I.

Again, they keep announcing this like its a vote or competition. But if so who's voting??
As far as I can tell, the league announced a "short list"
which basically means they have chosen a name, and then included 4 others for entertainment purposes,
and like a really bad strip-tease, they remove one name per month.
what is the point?

Many have said that the league first chose "Pride"
If that's the case, then it doesn't look good
