Hard 2 Guard is right .Same 3 referees ,rotational shifts ,week in week out for West.It was hard to see pass a deliberate ploy at BASA.

But don't Sturt pride themselves on self development? Surely bringing in someone like that flies in the face of that and it's not like Sturt to be hypocritical.

So if Mitch is leaving South (unconfirmed?), then where should he go. OK, he's from Country Victoria. We all know that all the country players play at Mavs, therefore, if he is to leave South, Mavs seems logical.

Can anyone confirm the rumour that Norwood has asked BSA to consider that any Club with one or more of matching Norwood colours is to be considered a "feeder club" to Norwood. North and West have red, Sturt, Forestville and South have blue, Centrals have both colours, red and blue makes maroon which is Southern and Eastern, but Woodville miss out under this alleged new by-law.

However, Woodville would qualify by default if Forestville consider a club with yellow as one of their feeder clubs, or if they replaced green with blue.

Easy fix, get rid of the 2 restricted payer rule or rather change the restriction to 2 WNBL rostered players only, no matter of minutes. Then payers would have to even out the comp by finding a place to play

I would love to see the Lightning talent spread around to make the competition more interesting. When all the talent congregates at one team the only joy is watching them fail.

I think you'll find most ABL teams have budgets to meet and that $1,000 is more than likely their coach/club asking them to find that in sponsorship.
