Herbert to rest this off-season

deciding to give his body a break after virtually playing basketball non-stop for six years in the NBL and SEABL.

Didn't he have a lengthy rest overcoming injury?

I would have thought the best thing for Herbert would be play the NBL off season and try and recapture some of the form and grit he had pre-injury?
