the guy has been in the league for 10 years, it's like having a member of the coaching staff on the floor especially if you have a couple of young guys getting minutes. He could make 1 of 5 for the rest of the season and I wouldn't care. He covered Brutons spot while he was out injured with great numbers and sure they have tapered off in the last couple of games but they were wins and the Breakers weren't relying on him to win it for them. Corletto's defense is sound and he doesn't need the ball in his hands to influence the game and he can bring the ball up allowing Bruton to play SG while Jackson is resting.
I'm hoping NZ can sign him for at least 2 more seasons but if another Melbourne franchise pops up it would be hard to compete with family.
Agree with Vart. DC and Stephen did a lot more than you saw on the score-sheet - they were the glue that held the Tigers together while others took the limelight.
