I tell you one thing - the Spurs have looked anything but old and slow over the past month. They have been high-octane if anything!

Womens First Semi Final
Mars 630pm
Norwood vs North

North have had the wood over this years flames and with Jo Hill in her best form of the year the Rockets will get this one relatively easy.
Rockets by 10 - 15

Womens Second Semi Final
Pasadena 630pm
Sturt vs West

Sturt have looked untouchable all year and again look too good in this one with Angela Marino returning to the squad

Lady Sabres by 8

Mens First Semi Final
Wayville 730pm
Forestville vs West

The old vs the New and that is why i think the reigning champ will get up in this one. West will make it tough, but experience and a home court just too much to over come.

Mens Second Semi Final

Norwood vs North

The match of the round once again. North in form and return of Ryan Kersten to the group make North look stronger than last time. If Norwood will have to find a way to stop Rychart but even if they do North have far too much fire power and solid D. North by 15
