IMO could provide valuuable minutes if he works closer to the paint at both ends. From limited mins on saturday he provided a fair defensive wall assisting the 36er's to draw out a good lead mid game.

His presence close to the bucket in offence gives the team options of dish to crashing "balls" or "Motts", an easy shot if the defence sags or kick out to Mahar copes or Davo is he hits two to three in a row and starts attracting defensive attention.

Critical to this are close to the bucket plays -coaching Dench's aerobic fitness level and keeping ego in check. He needs to work hard around the perimeter at both ends, he doesn't need to bulk up, he needs high percentage in 3 minute bursts.

Should this be effective the team could get around 12-15 mins per match in the realm of net +10 points. Also, valuable rotation with Motts & Coops, particularly handy on muti game road trips.
