Hawks Vs Breakers
Gibson would come close and Bruce has his moments and D. Martin gets it done defensively (still carrying an injury?) but the way Rhys Martin is playing currently is outstanding. He picks his moments well offensively and he looked pretty solid on D considering he had to deal with arguably the best player in the league in Jackson. None of his 3point attempts looked like missing and he had me swearing at Jackson and Bruton for giving him any space to get a shot up.
Vukona and Hudson's eyes lit up everytime they had Oscar on the block.

Deleon 0/6 from the field and not really sure what Hurdle was thinking, Rhys Martin was 6/7 and Foreman was 3/6 from outside, give one of them the Rock and let them win it instead of playing hero by yourself.

Coenraad shot the ball well
Hurdle kooked it at the end
Martin was on fire from outside and I have no idea why I have never rated him. He's the best Aussie guard in the league currently.

Reeeeeeccee Maaaaartiin's shooting the lights out, 18 in the half to keep the Hawks within a point @ halftime 42-43 to NZ.
Refs whistles still getting a fair bit of use tonight.

Whilst looking at SOMEONE'S updated Wiki page i noticed this down the bottom.
How the hell did this squad finish 5th at the World Championships in 1994 and also what happened to Greg Hubbard?
4 Ronaldson | 5 McKay | 6 Smyth | 7 Reidy | 8 Keogh | 9 Hubbard | 10 Gaze | 11 Heal | 12 Bradtke | 13 Rees | 14 Vlahov | 15 Borner |
(Mod: Updated too allow topic past filter.)

Don't worry anon, after they are finished crying you a river they'll phone Perth and will find out what to do when your starting centre goes down just for you ;)

and if they lose:
-sack Lemanis
-Hudson sucks
-CJ's too old
-Abercrombie played to many minutes
-sack Lemanis again
;)
