I am surprised at how many young coach's are coming through the system at the moment and I think it's something that the youth should be applauded for. I am of the opinion that many of these coach's should be given some kind of award for what their doing because most of them would be at school or uni and have better things to do than coach younger players for free. their are no incentives for young coach's and it is a shame. the only thing is the appearance of some as in some cases they dress like they are out on the town but their are many of which who do tuck their coach's top in and dont wear baseball caps while coaching. their are setting a fine example to our youth and should be praised.
