I had it too, I was told to have a year off but only lasted 3 months. I am 46 and have a huge lump on both knees but I run 20 to 30 kms per week with no dramas...

I notice that in the program now released Western Magic have a team in U10 Div 1 Boys.

Is this a first for a none member club to have a div 1 team when a div 2 comp is available.

What they have now is a 9 team comp with a bye with total games are 16 for the season compared to a 21 game season for an 8 team comp

Surely at this age playing as many games as you can helps with their development
