It is true the coach played his brother minutes he didn't deserve last season and has now quit the club because he knows he will be nothing but a benchie now?

I just downloaded an episode of Inside the NBA from sport-scene.net and the audio and video in synced perfectly in the original mp4 download but when I try and convert it to DVD format with "DVD Santa" I get about a 4 second delay. I have tried changing the "audio delay" and "video delay" and I have googled my problem, tried everyone's suggestion and nothing worked. I can the audio within a couple of seconds of the video but that's abut it. I would really appreciate any help from anyone. Thanks.
