I hate mucking around with the rules, but will bringing in the defensive 3-second rule make it easier to score inside and so lift the excitement factor?

This question has been asked over and over and the people in power don't want to listen. Many good sugestions have ben put forward and have flown in the wind.
The answer is easy, just listen to the season ticket holders or the used to be season ticket holders. Go through the books and contact the season ticket holders for the last 15 years and ?! ? Easy!!
