I would have liked Agier or Brown but it didn't happen. In Joyce's favour is that he shouldn't be affected by cliques and history.

It's a pain that so many of our players have WNBA experience, because there's too much emphasis on isolation plays and we don't have too many who will win them.

Our strength probably lies more in passing and movement. If Joyce can limit the amount of iso plays and get LJ and the others to move the ball and be unselfish then I'll consider his appointment a success.
