There is a massive hole in some clubs coaching/talent pool. If you look at the bottom 4 sides in the women's comp the same holes show.
Centrals - no recruiting pull / minimal junior development
South - sub standard coaching / no junior development
Woodville - sub standard coaching / minimal junior development
Southern - sub standard coaching / minimal junior development
Also you could add eastern into this mix less the Tess factor
As much as I hate to say it these clubs need to follow the lead of Sturt and forrestville and build the junior to senior development. This may require recruiting junior players to play junior basketball (which I am personally fundamentally against)
The major problem with woodville and southern is unfortunately their coaching at the moment (granted these are 2 first year coaches) because both the under 23 sides are quite good
