I would expect guards to have a lot of ankle type injuries with all the forces of pushing off, twisting etc. during the process of guarding the ball carrier. Maybe the forwards roll their ankles landing after rebounds. Tall people have a higher potential for lower back issues and with the hard floors I would expect jarring of the spine on rebounds.
There seems to be a lower rate of finger injuries than I would have expected considering that ball catching is a big part of the game - would you have say 320 passes in a game?
Are we doing serious injuries or volume? Difference with some players who have had some injuries placed on them (like Peach's stacks on with Madge ;) )
