A Grade

PAOC A - 9-3-1 32 pts 55.95%
HVUC A - 9-4 31 pts 53.50%
Somerton A - 8-5 29 pts 53.29%
Beaumont A - 7-5-1 28 pts 51.15%
SPOC A - 5-8 23 pts 48.36%
PAOC B - 3-10 19pts 46.20%

B Grade

PAOC C - 13-0 39 pts 64.95%
Modbury A - 8-5 29 pts 52.08%
SPOC B - 6-6-1 26 pts 49.69%
St Matthews A - 5-7-1 24 pts 48.03%
Clovercrest A - 3-10 19 pts 42.99%

Week 14 results (I think)

A Grade - PAOC A beat Somerton by 10, Hope Valley beat SPOC (confirm?), Beaumont beat PAOC B by 20

B Grade - PAOC C beat Modbury by 23, Clovercrest beat SPOC B by 1 ... not sure who won between St Matthews and Northgate (my guess would be St Matthews).
