Anon,
If he wants to be drafted at the highest possible spot choosing a program like LSU over St Mary's would assist a top class recruit. Playing in a stronger conference, against stronger players and still getting starters minutes. The respect for WC and virtually no TV coverage is very low and can only hurt your draft stock(number 3).
