CJ Bruton is the case of a tremendous player staying just that one year too many.
Has had a massive career but its time to pass the baton on.
Also, Gordie. Man you underestimate that guy at your peril. Thought they were stone cold dead when Tiggs went out but dat coach...

NZ have a bad habit of playing live by the 3 die by the 3 and it sounds like the dropped dead.
CJ's leadership unfortunately doesn't outweigh the cost of having an old man playing young men, in saying that I will be sad to see him retire as I doubt we ever would have won a championship without his valuable input.
I'll prob be supporting Perth in the playoffs this year.

I think youll find us Kiwis acknowledge that we played terribly and didnt deserve to win anyway.
The refereeing is no excuse whatsoever.
But it was absolutely terrible tonight.
CJ is on his last legs.
He isnt adding anything to this team. Coach has to draw the line and adjust CJ's minutes based on how he is playing this season and not simply on what he has done in the past. (It almosts seems like he is getting so much burn because of the fact that he is CJ Bruton - this attitude needs to change - but methinks it won't).
This Breakers team needs someone like a Webster more than a Bruton. We need players to penetrate seems and generate shot opportunities. (The need to penetrate the lanes more comes from the departure of Ced coupled by the fact that Johnson doesnt do it often enough).

Terrible crowd.
Dodgy refereeing. Breakers are getting murdered by the refereeing.
With that being said, we are not helping ourselves by throwing up bricks from the perimeter.
