Kings vs 36ers - Sunday 16th
It was so difficult to listen to the announcing of Carfino and Rosen for todays game. It would be a difficult task but they have to remember that there are listeners from all over the league watching and listening to there discription of the game. At todays game, the two announcers were discribing how great of an effort Cody Ellis' missed shot was while Schennsner dunked the ball on the return after the miss. Luke got a luke warm mention.

Cadee said Gibson might miss a few week in the post game interview. Hopefully not the case.

No. Why would second play fourth?
First plays fourth, second plays third. Winners advance.

I have no problem with them not showing it live as they pay a lot for F1 and its a one off (also a fan of F1, so take that for what its worth). But they should replay it earlier.
Onto the game, we are playing very well so far.

Not to mention One HD's coverage of the F1 finishes at 7:00pm, but naturally Ten prefers to shaft the NBL to 11:20pm in favor of (I kid you not) 90 minutes of fishing shows and an encore of Bondi rescue...
What a freaking joke of a network.

What a game this will be. Kings out of the 4 as the Gongers time their run home to perfection. It's like cooking the perfect steak and Gordie is the tong master.
There's been plenty of instability this year at the Kings with imports, players etc etc Just when you think they have found there mojo, a hand grenade lobs into the middle. four losses in a row is the form they carry into this game. It's like they are deliberately losing to tease the Red Fox and saying "take our spot in the 4 if you're good enough"
The Kings actually play well against the Sixers. Olgivy's physical presence around the boards has been a problem for the Sixers with Young playing more like an NBA player than some of the other more fancied players in the league. Madgen from outside the arc is always a problem for any team.
Perth supporters reminded us all that Perth was just going through the motions in last night's game after their loss (they looked pretty serious to me!) The same could be said for the Sixers in this game, but really?
The Sixers have no pressure on them to win the game except to carry form into finals. I hear Gibbo is sore, but OK to play. It could be an opportunity to let "Crocodile Cadee" shine in front of mum & dad. The pressure is all on the Kings. How have they responded to pressure all year?
They might lift, then again.......

Yeah, it's not just the F1, they then air athletics, the news, Have You Been Paying Attention, David Attenborough, Graham Norton, a repeat of the earlier Have You Been Paying Attention, to which the answer is presumably no because you didn't notice it was on hours ago...

There is a reason for 10/one to show the f1 on both channels. It has to do with anti siphoning laws. The rights holders to the formula 1 must show it on there primary channel which at the moment is the SD Ch10. They would also have contracts with the f1 that they have to show in HD as well, not to mention the hundreds of thousand aussie fans that would bombard them with hate mail if it wasn't in HD live. Unfortunately until the digital re-stack happens and the analogue signal is 100% gone this will continue to happen on all stations for major events.
