what to do when 2 green shirts reffing ?

Coaches are supposed to be providing a service too. To the club, to the association to the game. Refs don't go out and expect to be able to complain about the quality of the players or the coaches or their decision making. Part of the reason is they don't understand the complexities as many coaches don't understand the rules or the development of referees. Just coach as per your agreement to the club and association.
